How to pay for our tech support service
Here you can renew an existing subscription.
Online payments are made here on this page but please note, we do have to charge an additional 5% to cover processing fees.
All payments are processed by PayPal but please note:
You do not need to have an account with PayPal.
You can use your PayPal account if you have one or choose to pay with a credit or debit card, however, PayPal on mobile will promt you to open an account.
(Best to pay via computer if you do not wish to open an account).
We do not store or see your card information, all processing takes place on PayPal’s secure systems.
We need to have received payments by the 26th of the month.
Important
If you are in Spain it is possible that the PayPal page you see will be in Spanish. It is possible to change to English but be aware that you need to select “Reino Unido” from the dropdown box that gives the list of countries from PayPal.

New customers, pay here for your Mag box.
It will be delivered to you ready to go. You can include either 3 or 6 months subscription when you pay, simply choose the required option.
Once you have purchased the mag box and your intial subsctription expires you can renew it in the payments section for existing customers.
Please make sure you supply us with your full name, contact details and address when completing your purchase.
