Customer Information

Our service is provided on a 3 or 6 month basis and payment is made for the chosen service length. 

Renewals are due on the 26th day of the month prior to the commencement of the next period. As an example, somebody who started with the service on the 1st of January and chose the 3-month service will need to pay by the 26th of March for the next period, which would start on the 1st April.

Reminders will be sent to your TV screen when service renewal is due:

  • The FIRST reminder will appear on your screen a few days before renewal is due.
  • The SECOND reminder is sent to those who haven’t renewed, just prior to the renewal date.
  • The FINAL reminder will appear on the 26th of the month.

Payments can be paid at any time, up until the 26th day of the month.

FINALLY, disconnection from the service will occur on the last day of the final month of subsrciption for those who haven’t renewed their service either with cash or online.
